Hello.
I would like to be kept abreast of any changes regarding this unjustified with-holding of a guaranteed/promised pension, *after I had paid in for forty five years* A written & verbal promise was made that I would receive my fully paid up pension. It is underhanded to; at a later date with-hold my pension increases, just because I live abroad. I don’t take up any hospital bed, get costly medicine, housing benefits, surgery, take up doctors time, etc, etc.
It would/will cost the tax payers more money for me to return and claim my law given: paid for rights. Such as: housing, doctor visits, welfare visits, neglected health care, due to *lack of money.* needing.
Is it too much to ask for fairness.
Barry Hughes.

Let’s hope this group regroups and presses on with the cause now that Brexit is more or less sorted and the government has a sizeable majority to get on with the important stuff that has seemingly been neglected for 4 years or more. I guess the group would also benefit by recruiting new members from the newly elected MPs.

From what i gather frozen pensions are unlawful stated by several courts judging from what i have read, yet nobody in the government seems to make it lawful, they keep crowing about how everyone in the UK is treated fairly and equally, yet frozen pensions are neither equal or fair.
The UK which treats every law imposed on it by the EU without any discretion or flexibility unlike other EU countries that if a law does’nt suit they quietly ignore it or bend it a bit, yet here we have frozen pensions quoted as being unlawful yet allowed to carry on year after year, that was about the only thing i liked about Corbin who said he totally disagreed with frozen pensions, of course he might have changed his view had he been elected!
