BREXIT AND FROZEN PENSIONS
MEETING OF THE APPG ON FROZEN BRITISH PENSIONS
Britain’s exit from the EU, and with it possibly Single Market social security cooperation, may leave a further 475,000 overseas British pensioners with a frozen State Pension. The APPG, with guests from the International Consortium of British Pensioners, will meet to discuss the possible implications for our campaign and the wider goal of achieving pension parity for all British pensioners.

Why such a short meeting? By the time everyone has sat down and the minutes of the previous meeting have been read, it will be time for lunch. What is the justification for the guest from Canada attending such a short meeting?

When will minutes or notes of this meeting be published please? Did the BOT give a report on how the meetıng with the JMC in early November progressed in relation to the frozen pensions issue? From the notes on that meeting it would seem, reading between the lines, they got short shrift from the government “supported” by the usual discredited DWP excuses. How does the APPG view the situation, please?

Yes DWP another body that does not communicate. We so not want mre waffle, sorry debate, same, same we want the same state Pensions as the other 96 per cent do. DISGUSTING
